A tiny hole leads to a 20 metre long brick-lined adit at the end of which a fall is found. After 75 metres is a junction, straight ahead in the roof is a short boulder-lined shaft but the passage is taped off to avoid damage to the formations. To the right the passage runs in a southerly direction until a clay-bell sump almost blocks progress and then leads to an unstable area and the point where the upper entrance enters. The main passage continues mainly straight past some flows until the muddy end is found.
